Our healthcare facility is authorized to provide international health tourism services in accordance with the Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist Health and the applicable competency criteria established by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health.

The International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate is an official authorization issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health to eligible healthcare facilities and organizations providing international health tourism services.

The certificate indicates that the healthcare provider meets the applicable regulatory and competency requirements for legally providing international health tourism services in Türkiye.

How can I send large MRI files?

MRI and CT examinations usually contain many DICOM files and may be too large for standard email attachments. You may provide a secure imaging or cloud link when available.

Can I communicate in English?

Yes. Medical consultation and communication can be conducted in English.

How long will I need to stay in Istanbul?

The required length of stay depends on your diagnosis, type of surgery and postoperative recovery. An estimated timeframe can be discussed after your medical information has been reviewed.

Can my family contact you before we travel?
